The current Passport has been designated for the correct and safe operation of stationary towers of the VS-28×100 type (hereinafter referred to as the Tower), to study its structural design and technical parameters. It is intended for operators and engineering-technical personnel working with the tower in offshore and onshore oil fields.

VS-28X100 type workover Rig/Tower

1. PURPOSE
The Tower is designated for carrying out lifting and lowering operations during the repair of oil and gas wells located on offshore platforms and estacades.
The application area of the Tower (see Figure 1) is oil and gas fields located onshore and offshore in moderate and cold (zone I2) macroclimatic regions, according to GOST 16350-80.
The product’s installation category is «Ж–1» according to GOST 15150-69.
